Entre los que m\u00e1s destacan est\u00e1n: la expectativa de desempe\u00f1o, la motivaci\u00f3n hed\u00f3nica y el h\u00e1bito de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el reporte, el primero de estos hace referencia al miedo que siente el usuario por cometer un error al momento de comprar por medios digitales. Este pensamiento hace factible que se suprima la intenci\u00f3n de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que m\u00e1s afecta las compras en l\u00ednea de la gente, es la variable de desempe\u00f1o o <strong>miedo a equivocarse<\/strong>, esto es un llamado para las organizaciones locales interesadas en el e-commerce, a crear sellos locales de calidad para que la gente sienta que la compra a realizar es segura. Esto es una buena pr\u00e1ctica porque ayuda a aumentar la confianza de las tiendas online\u201d, indic\u00f3 Silvana Dakduk, profesora de la Universidad de Los Andes, ente que lider\u00f3 el estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La motivaci\u00f3n hed\u00f3nica (placentera)<\/strong>, es el segundo factor de mayor relevancia, consiste en que es fundamental que dichos procesos de compra mediante estos medios sean entretenidos y amigable para el usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el h\u00e1bito, que fue tambi\u00e9n destacado, alude a la <strong>familiarizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que tienen los usuarios con la tecnolog\u00eda, es decir, que es dif\u00edcil que quienes cuenten con una menor apropiaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica hagan compras online recurrentemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio tuvo en cuenta el comportamiento de 1.283 compradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La buena noticia es que para estos tres factores que influyen en la ventas en l\u00ednea existe una soluci\u00f3n, una buena agencia de dise\u00f1o y desarrollo, as\u00ed como excelente pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas de ventas y atenci\u00f3n al cliente, estas consideraciones sin duda alguna le ayudaran a superar con \u00e9xito estas
